The purchase and trade in were the easiest I have ever gone through. Worked with me to get a price I could afford and gave me a price I was happy with on my trade. All employees were not pushy, just matter of fact. I would purchase another car from them if I ever need one. I was a happy person walking out their door.
Everything went well, I suppose. The only gripe I have is for the dealership to have loaner cars available if you plan to keep a customers vehicle for over 3 days. Rentals fees are steep and its inconvenient to hassle family and friends for a ride.

My review is based on my overall experience purchasing a car. I purchased a used vehicle from a young sales rep name Jalen Henderson; the car was for my son. Prior to the sale, the dealership fixed the windshield wiper motor, and Jalen said that I would also get one free oil change with my purchase. When I filled out my paperwork, there was one form that stated nothing else was promised, so I assumed he had already put the oil change in their system. He also told me that when I'm ready to have the oil changed done ...
